We had mice in our garage, and the team are very professional and explained exactly what needed doing honestly and thoroughly. Good price for the service. When discussing the clean up job for after, they were not pushy on the price, and when I said I would like to do it myself to save money, they even gave me some me some gloves and anti bac wipes to help me with the job for free. Amazing.

A very professional service, Kirk explained exactly what needed to be done which was a valve to be fitted to stop rats climbing up my flexible toilet pipe and chewing through it. He took photos and a video to show me when the job was completed. I would highly recommend 👌.

I had the suprise of a huge rat in my kitchen yesterday evening and fortunately by this morning (Sunday) Kirk arrived to inspect the property. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He then prepared a report and emailed to the landlady. It is quite a scary experience being a female and letting a man in the house you don't know, Kirk made me feel very comfortable and gave me lots of space.
