From initial contact through to installation of our SolarSkirt panels everything has been as smooth as clockwork. Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! Our client had an infestation of bed bugs in their property. The bugs had been in the property for several months and the infestation became imbedded. We needed the bedbugs exterminated before we would enter the property. Thermal Pest Control were very accommodating by agreeing to carry out the heat treatment on a Sunday. The pest controllers carrying out the heat treatment seemed very experienced and were both helpful in answering questions and friendly. The extermination not only killed all the bedbugs but also other bugs as well. There was a problem with carpet moths in several rooms prior to the treatment being carried out, which were also eradicated thanks to the heat treatment.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
