We engaged the services of Smart Pest Services to get rid of a rat that found a way into the house. The process was seamless from booking the appointment to the treatment process. I had a problem with squirrels in the loft, Smart Pest Control sent Ozzy to investigate the problem. Ozzy a nice friendly guy who investigated and plugged two holes. The squirrels still got in. I contacted the firm and they sent Ozzy, this time we found how they were getting in. He plugged the hole and there have been no squirrels now for 4 weeks. Excellent service right from the first telephone call. The guy who came out was great, he couldn't do enough to make our home comfortable again. Would recommend and the 6 month guarantee is a game changer although we gladly haven't seen anything since the first visit.

After a previous pest control failed to block all the access points and come our for a second call out, Smart came out in 2 days after calling. They did a thorough job checking and blocking access points. Great friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
