Amazing service, very professional - would recommend to anyone.

We used New Guard for a mouse problem. Piers was very prompt and knowledgeable and I was very reassured having initially felt quite panicked that we would be infested. The problem was promptly and fully resolved. Would definitely recommend and although I would hope not to have to use pest control in the future, Piers would be my first port of call if I did!

Piers was amazing from the first phone call. I noticed we had a mouse called him and he was here not long after. Excellent customer service, very professional and very knowledgeable. He could see I was in panic mode and reassured me that it was would be fine. He did a total of 3 visits with the mouse being caught on the second visit. Would happily rate higher if it was an option, he was absolutely brilliant. Worth every penny.

After being let down twice by another company, I was lucky to find Piers who arrived within a couple of hours and did a quick, efficient, and successful job. He also cost half what the other company had quoted. He also had excellent follow up to ensure my wasps had gone. Thank you Piers.
