Ryan was SO helpful with a mouse issue we had. I called them and he came round the same day, then came round another 2 times to make sure everything was going well, and that then preventative methods were in place. He was incredibly communicative and friendly, reassuring us on any worries we had and explaining the process clearly. I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

I'm a very happy customer. Richard from Predator Pest Solutions was polite, helpful, informative and he very efficiently dealt with my wasps nest. A few weeks later a few wasps were still visible but he returned to retreat the nest under the guarantee. I am very happy to use them again and I can certainly recommend them.

We have had issues with mice in various areas. I contacted Predator and they attended on the same day which was great. Richard the engineer was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and told me what areas we needed to proof. I would 100% recommend Predator to deal with any pest control issues as their quick response and manner in which they deal with things is second to none.

I recently had a problem rats and called Predator for help. From the initial conversation to the final follow-up, their service was outstanding. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough in their work. They quickly identified the source of the problem and recommended a treatment plan that got rid of the rats completely. They also gave me helpful tips on how to prevent future issues and undertook work to prevent the rats returning. Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!
