I called them and he came round the same day, then came round another 2 times to make sure everything was going well, and that then preventative methods were in place. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Courteous, careful and respectful throughout - can’t recommend highly enough

Pests Away were quick to contact us, quick to come out (and on time), and they were very clear with instructions on what they were doing re: bait and traps etc, and more importantly what we needed to do to stop the problem reoccurring. I would highly recommend.

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

I received useful advice over the phone and I have acted on this.

We were finding dozens of wasps in our spare room but couldn't locate a nest. Laura booked us in and Marcus quickly found the nest in the loft. Not seen a wasp since!

We own many properties and the plumber found a nest while in the loft. A quick call and it was removed the same day.

We use them every year and always provide us with a fantastic service! Kids enjoy watching him in his bee suit too :)
