Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. A fantastc small local business. Would completely recommend his services if required. What a lovely man.

Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. He was approachable, warm, friendly and down to earth, both in person and over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me which was greatly appreciated.
