I cannot thank George enough for his prompt and efficient response to my call. Despite being fully booked he kindly came to assess the issue of a possible infestation in our House in between jobs as he was working close by. He took photos of the insects and discussed their classification with a colleague and was able to calmly reassure me that they were infact harmless beetles! I am extremely grateful to him for all of his expert advice. It is not until you have a problem that you realise how lucky you are to meet someone as proffessional and knowledgeable .

Rarely give 5 stars but George really did provide excellent service. Very quick response to deal with 2 wasps nests, and reasonably priced. Definitely my first port of call for any future pest control issues.

Used George on an emergency call out for a wasps nest that he removed very quickly. Whilst on site he also started a process to remove the rats that were present. I can now say I haven’t seen a single rat since. Excellent work at a good price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Bentley Environmental provides pest control services for our commercial and domestic needs. Having a monthly direct debit facility is fantastic because once you're set up they frequently visit and keep on top of any issues. Highly Recommended.
