We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! Professional and competent. Jacob attended, explained the methodology and what he was doing. Came back a week later to review and reset the traps etc, followed by a final visit to check all was well and to tidy up. An excellent service that I recommend.
