I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. They clearly explained why a cheaper alternative was more secure (that’s unusual these days!). The locksmith arrived on the day agreed, efficiently installed the locks and left things clean, tidy and secure. Great service!

Just moved house, Ben was able change the appropriate locks as well as advise on the ones that didn't need changing. A warm and friendly service from the team starting with the my initial phone call to the completion of the work.

I booked a visit and Ben and Scott turned up on time, replaced the lock, identified the cause of the problem and fixed that also. They were polite, tidy and explained everything fully. The locksmith was punctual, arriving at the time agreed, with a courtesy call half-an-hour earlier. After taking a look at the work that needed doing he said he had all the parts and could do it there and then which I was happy with.
