I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!

Excellent service all round. Before agreement, the communication was spot on and the process was explained with clear choices by Andy. The installation team, Jack and Jake turned up on time and placed the charger to my preferred choice. They did a very neat job and went above and beyond to make it seamless, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Also the price was less than I had been quoted by any other Rolec installers. Andy and his team were most helpful and provided a really quick service. They even arranged an electrician on a Saturday when they don't normally work so I was rather impressed. My EV charger was fitted really quickly and really looks the part. Thank you.

Sam has done a number jobs for us over the past 5 years including a full rewire after our home was flooded, Outside sockets and new spot lights, heated floor and fans fitted in both bathrooms . He is very professional and he explains the work that has to be carried out so you know exactly what you are paying when the job is completed . Very trustworthy and reliable , would highly recommend.

Sam was brilliant - from turning up and quoting on time (on a Sunday!) through to fixing the issues just a couple of days later. I cannot recommend his company/services enough. A genuine, nice and honest guy who's clearly doing an exceptional job. I had tried sorting a job myself as I'd been stung by someone else last year in the area. I messed up, but took a leap of faith in Sam, turned out I did the right thing and whilst challenging (my fault!) - Sam sorted it within a few hours. I will be using Sam for all future works (and before I mess anything up on the wiring... 😉)

Brilliant service from Craig and his lads, right from the quote (a fortnight ago) to carrying out the work today. Craig came on time and was very courteous when giving me the quote for the garage rewire. He explained how the job would be completed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Amazing service provided by Craig and the team. Craig quickly came out to quote and then carried out the job shortly after. Even though it was a slightly tricky job, work was carried out with minimal damage and with a very good finish. Rang this morning Syed arrive in less than 2 hours, such a great service he even waited in the snow for my son to arrive home. Which was half an hour. Ok that he added to bill but he did a great job getting his sockets back up and running. Boiler working again as well. Need a new circuit board. Will book him for this as well. Very happy with this company .

We found them by luck as we needed the kitchen lights changing. That should of been a quick easy job we could do it ourselves but it turned out to be an emergency call out and then we found out the whole hose was a fire hazard waiting to happen. Pruncess came out and These guys have done an amazing job on my mums bungalow. The wiring was over 25 years old and it looked like spaghetti junction in the loft and under the property. He even came back to fix the odd problem after the full install. Will definitely have them back again. Reasonable prices, quick workers no job too small. They didn't wast time or money getting the job done. Thanks Lads. We will see you soon.
