I had Gareth out to do some electrical work in a basement conversion. I was concerned that some of the works wouldn’t be possible but Gareth assured me that they’d be able to get it done without any problem. He was prompt at giving the quote and detailing what it covered. They added sockets to a circuit, replaced spotlights, replaced existing sockets, installed and wired an electric towel rail & electric heater, did some work to the fuse board and installed an outside light. Can’t fault the work that has been done. Would definitely recommend and will be using Moorside Electrical again.

Gareth was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. Fantastic communication - always replied straight away and nothing was too much trouble. He worked around  the builders' schedule and did the job over the weekend due to a last minute change. He was even happy to make a small change after the lights had been installed. I highly recommend Moorside electrical and I'm glad that I now know a reliable and professional electrician to call for our next project.

Moorside Electrical were excellent, I couldn't recommend them more highly. It's an older property which can prove challenging but I felt confident and looked after from quote through to completion. Great communication, fair price, respectful of home, top work and aftercare.

We had multiple electrical issues happen within very quick succession, contacted Anthony and his team on the Saturday, got a reply in less than 24 hours and booked in for the Monday! Amazing customer service, explained what he thought the issue was over the phone to put us at ease then diagnosed the issues when he got to us. Everything was explained well and all our questions were answered whenever they came up. They came for one issue and had resolved a hell of a lot more on our "to do" list!! Over 3 days we had a brand new fuse box, fuse box relocated, new outdoor light fitted, sockets fitted, changed out old light switches, fitted a dead switch, tested and certified everything up to a safe standard. We immediately felt at ease and safe in our home again. Can't believe how neat and tidy everything was. Seriously huge thank you to the whole team.

Finney Electrical responded promptly and attended the same day to fit a new oven. This work was carried out with a minimum of fuss and/or mess and they most respectful of our home, ensuring that no damage was caused to existing oven housing. Highly recommend. Prior to an EV charger installation I called a head to get more information. Sean spent time answering all my questions and queries with no sales push whatsoever. Extremely responsive and helpful and managed to cater to my needs (differing tower type and charger location). I couldn't recommend this company enough and I shall be reaching out for any further electrician work or if I have a query I'll be calling for some guidance/information. From quote to completion, this company are a pleasure to deal with. We had a Hypervolt EV charger fitted. Sean ran through all the options available and gave us three different quotes. Just a great speedy, friendly and professional job. Tried to install an outside light and got into some difficulty, found Dom from the top of the list on check a trade and got to us within the hour. Such a nice bloke and set us at ease from the off. 45 mins later job well done and cleaned and packed away. We chose DC Electrical Services from the Checkatrade Leaflet and it was the best decision we could have made . We had a random set of jobs that needed doing from a messy partial rewiring to a new bathroom fan , kitchen lighting , new fire alarms , extra sockets both internal and external and a replacement dining room light fitting . DC provided excellent help and advice in the planning and then delivered the same excellence in the installation and cleaned up as they proceeded . Excellent communication at all times . I called SJK as they were working on a property near by. They were quick to respond to my request and come and assess the job. They provided me with a written quote that I was happy to go ahead with. Craig arranged to come the following week and complete the work. All was done very neatly and professionally, In fact you can’t tell what has been done even though he had to get behind some boxing in in one room!
