I'll be the first to admit that I was in a rush and even though the owner had been kind enough to perform an initial diagnostic on the car, he was honest and upfront that the repair may take a little longer than my deadline. I felt guilty coming to collect the car before the work was done, but he was an absolute gentleman and couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. He even helped me to bump start my car so I could drive it away. Based solely on this interaction, I can understand why others have rated this place highly and I feel inclined to do the same.

Such amazing guys at Holloway. I called on Monday after getting an MOT fail after being let down by another mechanic, and the guys managed to get my car repaired and passed on the MOT within a couple days. Such an honest company with great prices and even told me the headlamps didn't need to be polished after being told on the previous MOT they did. I completely cucked up my radio double din radio installation. I tried to do it via YouTube videos and needed to route wiring to a non-permanent power wire from the ignition. Best believe I went Halfords and they turned me away. My radio worked but even when the ignition was off it was clearly running from a live wire. Being a 2004 Vauxhall Astra there isn't enough video tutorials about the fusebox or harnesses. I drove to Holloway's on a whim and he took the time to teach me about how I messed up. And on top of that actually repaired the electrics. My radio is officially installed. Plus he balanced this impromptu repair between 3 appointments and was still available for me. He even installed the microphone behind the glovebox for me so now it's officially hands free. I couldn't be more grateful for the support he gave me. And he has a lifelong customer - also he does MOT. It's one of those places that you'd drive past and never know existed. Thank you Ray!

Fixed my Audi TT's door electric issue. Ray Suggested few options for the repair. Job done professionally. Ray polished my car scratches which I didn't request him to do so. *With no extra cost* These day really hard to find anyone who serving customer Honestly and integrity, and not having their mind on "Money always comes First". Genuinely incredible, I wish I knew his shop existed before! Within 10 minutes of calling, he'd set to work on fixing what Halfords couldn't. Lovely guy, great honest service - can't fault at all.
