Just had my EICR done by Tom at Efficient Electrics and I’m super satisfied. Tom was professional from the start and the inspection was done thoroughly & with care. Tom is a lovely guy with years of experience in electrical installation, & needless to say, very “efficient” 😂 I’ll definitely be booking him in again for any future electrical needs

Tom came over after we had a problem with the lights upstairs. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went off, bought replacement fittings including a new light fixture and pull switch and installed everything in less than hour. We‘d been having some issues with our heating & lighting for a while and previous electricians and plumbers did a quick fix that didn’t work. We found Tom on Google and after reading the good reviews, gave him a call. He identified the problem straight away and did a great job of re-wiring everything. He was very thorough with his work, explaining what he was doing all along and left everything very tidy at the end. We’d definitely recommend for any electrical work and will be using him moving forward.

I've had work done twice now with George, once for some light fitting/switch and once for installation of an appliance. Both times George was very responsive, professional, friendly and importantly communicated in a clear and understandable way. Both jobs were completed without fuss, in a timely manner and at a very fair price. Not only would I not hesitate to call him again for anything electrical, he makes it easy to refer to friends and neighbours for their needs as well. I never knew this shop existed. It is so refreshing talking to staff that actually know what they are talking about. Additionally they were so helpful with it. The gentleman that helped me was called Jonathan & he actually went over and above wiring the outside socket and explained everything for me .

Nothing but admiration for the staff at this store. I walked in with an electrical problem and walked out with a solution courtesy of Jonathan and his colleague. I needed two 50m extension leads with a 16amp connection, my knowledge is so limited I had to bring a sample of what I needed all be it much smaller. Jonathan offered to make them up for me and despite a constant footfall of customers was good to his word. They will be my "go to" electrical supplier going forward and I cannot speak highly enough of their knowledge, customer centric attitude and above all patience. Again Thank You

This is just the best shop in Surrey. Nothing is too much trouble, customer friendly staff and a solution for everything electrical. Jonathan certainly went the extra mile, probably 10 extra miles to fix my hoover today, so appreciate their amazing customer service.

Samsum and his team were brilliant. They worked with our builder on our extension and renovation. From they time of quoting to where we are now, nearly finished, they have been exceptional. We told them what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Offered great advice on fitting etc and was able to arrange for alarm system to be installed. Also added few extras that we changed during the build process. The finish was better than the products we had identified. Planning and attention to detail was wonderful. Few things done without cost as this provided a better outcome. Wonderful. Samsum also shared my liking for gadgets and technology and nice to see someone in the trade show a true passion for their work and also for the outcome the client gets. I think there was some TV envy!!! Wifi works like a dream, OLED tv has pride of place in the living room, so much so that I cannot get to watch it as the kids seem to like it so much. Understandable delays caused by Covid were never and issue as Samsun would keep updated daily if needed. If there is every anything further we need doing, then Samsun and his team will be the only people we call. It was a pleasure to have Samsun and the SG Electrical Team in our house and we are so pleased with the end product.

Samsun and his team did the electrics for our loft extension. Samsun was great - he came on site at the beginning and helped us worked out where plugs and lights should go. He came back to check on progress and kept in touch throughout the process. His guys, especially Kieran, were great. Really professional, respectful and very easy to work with. We asked Samsun to help us with an extra very small job ages after the loft was finished and Kieran came out the next week and fixed it immediately. James worked on two projects for me. Internal upgrades to bedroom power and the installation of a new outdoor lighting system. All works were completed on time, on budget and to a very good standard. James is reliable, timely and tidy. I would 100% recommend his work.

I used Helsdown electrical and their sister company GDH fire and security, to make safe, replace & install some electrical goods. I was more than happy with the professionalism and work from Tyler and George. Can’t recommend enough!

Very impressed with the service I received. Have had an ongoing electrical fault. When I contacted Helsdown, they clearly communicated what they would do and the costs involved. George arrived and quickly identified and remedied the fault, he also repaired a broken socket and gave some advice on testing. Work was very clean, tidy and efficient. I have rebooked them to do some further work after receiving another clear and informative quote.

George, Dave and Tyler were involved in the process from the beginning and explained what was needed and the costs. The first day was for electrical testing and fitting a new timer and thermostat. The second and third days were remedial work to obtain an electrical installation certificate. There was a problem with the timer due to the old gravity fed heating system that I have but the problem was explained and a solution found for the problem. All were easy to talk to, polite and helpful.

George and Tyler did an excellent job at replacing our consumer unit and making our old home safe. They were very considerate of my time and the quality of the finished work.
