I popped in just to look at spotlights the manager Mathew was really helpful switched all the lights off in the shop and helped me choose suitable down lights for my cottage , this level of service is really rare nowadays and so nice , he is an asset to CEF and for this reason I will use CEF in the future.

James came out and fitted outside lights at my property in Epsom . He made an excellent job of it including dealing with an awkward tenant . I found him pleasant to deal with and He carried out the work promptly with no hassle .

When my pensioner mother's electrics cut-out late one evening, James responded immediately and managed to accomodate an emergency call out the following day at a very reasonable price. I have used James before and knew she was in a safe pair of hands. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him.

We have had Matt do an array of electrical work in the house and garden on several projects- he is prompt, tidy, and very professional. Polite and kind but does not waste time talking instead of working. Good follow up work if there are any issues, regardless of if they were a product of his work or not.

Matt was super helpful installing my EV Charger, he advised me I would need to speak with UK Power Networks to arrange a 100A fuse upgrade which they did FOC as he explained. From the start of the process requesting a quote to having the EV Charger installed, which involved the 100A fuse upgrade and new tails installed by electric supplier took about 3 weeks. During this time I stayed in touch with Matt to keep him up to speed and always got timely, polite, friendly replies. I hadn't researched EV Chargers to the point where I knew which would be the best balance between price and performance, Matt asked me a few questions about this and said he would be able to select one that would be appropriate. When he came to install the EV Charger he made sure I was happy with the location by sending pictures to confirm where I wanted it mounted on the wall and when he had finished there was zero mess. EV Charger works well and have had no issues. Matt is now my go to for any electrical work I need done, as I like to use people I can trust both for the work and for quoting fair price. Would highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the service and their speed, communication and punctuality to attend and sort my lights out. I would only suggest to inform about the pricing as I found it a bit higher than I expected. Good provider for large works but for small works like changing a switch I would probably use a bit cheaper options. But as I mentioned, the job was done quick and efficient.

Fantastic company used their services several times. Woke up with power outage and the fuse box would not reset. I sent a text requesting a call out and received expert advice remotely. The fault was my immersion heater and I was advised to contact a plumber. Thanks to Ethos brilliant customer service I was able to get the problem fixed in a matter of hours.

I'd arranged for Sell Electrical to come out to my property to fix 3 issues that I had with sockets and erroneous spurs. The engineer Neil arrived exactly on the stroke of 10am as arranged, and he quickly understood what was required. He was very polite and disruption to the household was minimal. Any dust or mess was cleared up efficiently on completion of the work, plus I was given a full explanation of the what he had needed to do. It's unusual to work with tradesmen who don't suck their teeth in and shake their head when the required work is shown to them, and then explain how the job is so much bigger than was initially thought. 3x additional plug sockets and 2x extractor fans fitted. Very pleased with the work, Fraser worked hard and to a very good standard. There was a fault with one fan shortly after install but this was swapped out with no fuss the next day. Very happy with the service and very happy to recommend. Great customer service.

Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job for us!
