I found their prices to be super competitive, and you can get hold of people directly, rather than a call centre. So far so good. They do everything to make me a happy bunny. Better than dealing with an anonymous website and is supporting local businesses. UPDATE: Steve and Ben came on time and did a good job of replacing a washing machine and dishwasher plus removal of a larger freezer. Both were very positive and efficient which made the whole experience a joy.

Delightful telephone customer service - professional, friendly and patient considering it was a busy Saturday in the showroom. Team member Phil looked up product details regarding my washer/dryer - problem solved and phoned me back within 3 minutes to resolve a tricky situation with a tight timescale. I would never purchase electrical goods from anywhere but Keymex and have used them for many years.

What a pleasure to deal with a company you can call up and get impartial advice from experienced staff. Buying a replacement washing machine is something we only do a few times in our lives and with help from the staff I was confident I was buying a machine correct for my application and quite unusual installation. A seamless purchase from the first phone call through to the timely delivery by the considerate delivery guys. Keymex all the way, no third party delivery companies involved.
