Fantastic service! I’m so pleased that I contacted Matt. He responded to my call promptly & was able to come out & solve the problem within 24 hours. The job was at my elderly Dad’s house but he kept me in the loop at all times. DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

I wanted a second oven installed, unfortunately there wasn't enough space to install it. ABE Electrical were fantastic, they moved the shelves and made room for the new oven. Sorted out the electrics to ensure the cables were long enough to reach the new oven – took much longer than anticipated, but they took the time to make sure it was installed correctly. Kept me informed during the installation – really good job! Cannot recommend them more!

Miles is a great guy. Instalation was done quickly and to a great standard. All the cables are hidden as to my requests. Overall very happy.

We asked Billy for his help in solving a few lighting problems in our kitchen, including adding under cabinet lighting, a new pendant light above the island and a few extra sockets dotted around. The work was done on time, in a professional manner, and Billy found a way around all the obstacles that came our way as our kitchen is particularly awkward with regards to its layout. Install fan heater in bathroom. Power supplied via upstairs socket fitted with RCD & fused spur. Fraser probably didn't expect to become a removals person in order to access the above socket. It was no trouble, very obliging. Very polite. Safety conscious, talked me through what needed doing & any further advice given. Very tidy. Also inspected current underfloor heating.

Fraser installed a Consumer Upgrade Unit for us last week. We can't praise him highly enough. He thoroughly checked everything before starting and patiently explained everything he was doing.
