Fernando was absolutely fantastic. He did a big and quite complicated job modernising electrics at my mother's house; he was super-efficient, very easy to deal with, kept me informed via photos, and also he's a really nice guy. Highly recommended.

I used SW Electrical to carry our safety checks and certification of the electrics at my 3 storey house which has had various mods over the last few years, most recently including replacement of the consumer unit. Really pleased with their service. Arrived on time, ran the tests on the circuitry, alerted me to a couple of issues requiring remedial action, and then got the job done with no fuss. They even cleaned up on completion !! No hesitation in recommending them

Excellent Commercial electrician. They have identified our electrical fault within 15 minutes although we do have a very complex and modern heating system combining signals from Daikon and Crestron. We are strongly recommending the engineer called Nasser, who has an expertise with hearing interchange units (HIU) and an advanced heating technology.

I cannot praise the TNS team enough for their work on my project. They did an outstanding job on the full electrical rewire of our house, and the entire team was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, with excellent communication throughout. We had an electrical emergency late one evening this week and in a bit of a panic phoned Tom who freely offered advice over the phone. He didn’t initially tell me that I ought to get him out to fix the problem, but advised me truthfully that I could do the needful myself. Not feeling totally confident (we live in a rental property and I felt I had a duty of care to get a pro involved) I then asked him his rate, and he kindly offered to come round and do an initial inspection for free. He came round immediately and reassured us and went well beyond the normal service one might expect of a tradesperson, especially at night. He was also very friendly and pleasant, and we had a nice bit of banter with him too. Both my wife and I heartily recommend this company. Thanks Tom!

Great service and quality. What was best about Tom from Intrelec's service was that he offered advice and recommendations on how best to do a job even if it was a quicker/simpler solution. He is clearly interested in providing the correct solution for the customer based on their needs rather than the most expensive one. Following recently moving house we had him do a quick review of the visible electrics to identify any problems, fix a number of light fittings (spot and standard) as well as upgrade the existing Google Nest Protect system from an expired set of devices to brand new ones. We will be using Intrelec for our other Electric needs over the coming months and have already recommended him to numerous others. Fantastic local company!

Tom came to change a light fitting and repair two bathroom fans which weren't working. He turned up on time, was polite and professional and didn't leave any mess. The jobs were done quickly, the light looks fantastic (it was a 5 arm chandelier and he was able to shorten the chain for me) and he got the fans working again. He also gave me some advise on dimmer switches, LED lights and moving a kitchen extractor fan. He gave the impression that nothing is too much trouble - I would highly recommend Intrelec and will definitely use again.
