Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Bravo, what a sensational business you run. I give at least 6 stars for Lloyd Hallowell Electrics!

I was a bit worried by the lack of reviews, especially on trustpilot, but I'm just a plunket retail customer and Cleaver turned up when they said they would, quoted in a timely fashion and carried out the works to replace some storage heaters exactly as planned. Surely that's unusual!

Steve professionally upgraded my halogen infrastructure to an LED one with minimal fuss. Replaced some obsolete switches too. Additionally troubleshooted several other electrical issues. All options are considered and alternatives discussed. Can thoroughly recommend and will use again.

He was very punctual when showing up to the appointment, did an excellent job with the installation, and troubleshooted several issues that came up, communicating with me in the process. I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I easily booked online and the work was done the day after. The engineer explained clearly what needed to be done, even though I’m a noob in all things electricity. They did a smooth job and cleaned after it was done 👍
