I can't speak highly enough of Aziz. He was thoroughly professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Although the job was initially scheduled for just one hour, the repair turned out to be far more complex and time-consuming. Despite this, Aziz remained committed and worked diligently until the issue was fully resolved. What truly impressed me was his willingness to go the extra mile — he even repaired a hole in the ceiling that had to be made during the process, saving me the trouble of hiring someone else to patch it up. I’ll be recommending Aziz to my network without hesitation, and he’s now my go-to electrician from here on out.

Fantastic service - courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they arrive within 1 hour to central London but demonstrated their vast experience and found the fault straight away. Aziz was really thorough and helpful on an emergency call out appointment. He managed to narrow down the wiring issue that was causing the kitchen sockets to trip in a very timely manner but was thorough at in checking each socket in turn. Despite a larger issue at play, Aziz managed to restore power to the key utilities (fridge, boiler, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle etc.) on the call out and explained clearly what we would need to do next. He was really pleasant and personable and made a frustrating situation very easy.
