From issuing us a quote, looked and talked us through everything that needed doing was so thorough and professional. The work was completed to very high standards and kept us in the loop with advice of what to have along the way. This weekend my parents electricity went completely out. They have a Victorian terraced property and were expecting the worst. Alex came over quickly and spent an hour working through the various challenges. He spent extra time after fixing the electrics to find what might have short circuited so that my parents could solve the wider issue. I cannot recommend Alex’s service enough. Now I have his phone number in my book I know I have a reliable and friendly contact who knows his stuff. 10/10 and I’m so more relaxed knowing if this happens again there is a reliable contact nearby who we can trust in.

Alex and Chris are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much bother for them. Clear communication when they were coming and what they were doing. We had a minor issue with a light that stopped working after a couple weeks of the job being done (manufacturer fault not theirs). Rang them and they were there the same day to get it sorted.
