A wonderful Job. The truncking was discretely managed in our Victorian house without looking obvious. Thoughtful and clean workers.Will be using them again.

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Aziz is highly experienced and the job was carried out safely and efficiently. He communicated clearly and provided explanations as going through the job. He was thoughtful to check other areas outside of scope of key service too. 5/5 on service, communication and value for money. Would recommend.

Ali did the rewiring of my house. He is extremely good and highly skilled. Finished the whole rewiring within a week and issued all required certificates for the works done. He planned the entire wiring considering any future works on the property and is extremely professional. He delivers what he commits. His suggestions for everything were highly useful and one can sense his experience from what he talks. He is very supportive in terms different payment options and also his quotes were very genuine. The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

We had problems with lighting and wiring in our garden for two years after each rain.. Ali was very quick to diagnose the problem. The sockets and wires were old and not well isolated against damp and water. He changed all wires and cables within 3 days. He came back following week after heavy rain to check everything is ok. Since we have not had any problems. I highly recommend him.

I moved in to a house with an existing solar installation. Unfortunately, the installers had decided to focus entirely on commercial installations so were not interested in helping me to get control of the system I’d taken over. I got in touch with a number of companies looking for help. House Rescue were superb – quick replies, excellent advice and friendly service. If I needed to have a new system installed or my existing system serviced, these are the guys I’d go to.

Excellent service, yet again. The extraction fan in our bathroom had stopped working then a wall heater did the same thing. Appointment made promptly, electrician turned up on the dot, the price was very reasonable and the job was done to a high standard. The fan was replaced and the heater fault fixed. Frankly it is such a relief to have found this company. Though I’d rather not have anything go wrong with our electrics obviously at least I know that if they do I have a completely trustworthy source for repairs. Highly recommend.
