I have been a Patient at Horley & Gatwick Dental Care for over 20 years. Probably nearly 25 yrs if I recall correctly.That length of time should be testament enough . However, its not just because of the practice location as this is the 3rd premises i think they have occupied over the years albeit it local ish. For me it is the outstanding care and attention that I have received at each and every single visit across the areas of expertise. I go regularly for check ups and to see the hygienist. From the lovely warm welcome at reception to which ever practitioner and the nurses I see in the treatment rooms, either the right or left door. The warm , friendly attentive welcome is continued. I have had the usual fillings, root canal treatment, an extraction, a bridge, deep cleaning and a teeth straightening review. Never have I felt pressured into doing the recommended treatment going forward. It's always collaborative and I ask questions. We monitor whats going on. I do have a voice as they are my teeth ! Sounds a lot but it's over a lot of years and I am over 60. I have seen locums historically when they have had staff who have moved on to other ventures but, who ever fills a permanent position ( and they don't have high staff turn over ) really have to gel with the whole team . I would even say the family . Again genuine attentiveness , knowledge highly skilled, patient, kind , caring . Clear understandable communication The list goes on honestly. If I have to go to the dentist this is where I want to go without a doubt and I consider myself very fortunate and cared for. Probably not a usual thing to say but I love my dentist and team. 😁 Thank you all so very much for looking after me and my teeth so well. It's definitely team work 🙏

Brilliant dental check up today with Jasmeen and her assistant. She paid attention to things no one has for years, took account of phobias and was excellent with my teenager who gets anxiety. The receptionist, Hannah, was friendly and efficient.

I have been a patient at Horley & Gatwick dental centre for 8 years now and have always been happy with the service I've recieved. Adam is my dentist and he has a very caring and calm nature about him and gives good, honest advice. This morning I had a hygienist appointment with Moshin and he did a thorough clean and again gave some good advice. A happy customer! 😊

I’m just home from that appointment and I’m overwhelmed with the service you guys provided again. Mihalis was gentle and informative and really has really put me at ease, I’ve booked back in for some surgery with him and couldn’t feel like I was in safer hands… Thank you for the fantastic level of care. And lastly but in no way the least, huge thank you to Lucy the nurse, very impressed with the way you supported not only me but the periodontist, fantastic knowledge and such genuine care, you were so reassuring, thank you!— so top points from me, with be recommending to friends and family

Saw Adam today regarding 2 teeth I thought I'd have to lose and we've made a plan to try to fix them both. Wonderful gent. Lovely reception staff. For a person nervous at the dentist usually it was a really positive experience. Thank you team x
