I would to thank Simon for being so understanding and extremely helpful and giving me the ability to smile without hiding my teeth, I hadn’t been to a dentist for far too long, after seeing an nhs dentist in my younger years left me very traumatised, part 1 of my journey was the courage to have teeth out which was far better than expected in NHS hospital, When I first spoke to Simon on the phone I felt at ease, I was still very apprehensive of anyone going near my mouth, I believe I became a project for Simon because of my difficulties allowing him to do his job, to be honest how he put up with me I don’t know, I very glad that he did and 100% pleased with his work , after me he will be able to help others so much easier. Phoned for an emergency appt at 9.30am and got a same day 12.30 slot...10 mins later got offered a 10.10 slot, popped along, greeted by lovely receptionist, once in treatment room was dealt with my dentist and her colleague, about 20 mins later i left minus a wisdom tooth(pain free) and felt like a proper brave lil soldier 😄(im 6ft and 16 st) thank you ladies.

My son broke the retainers he had after his teeth straightening at a NHS orthodontist, I took the moulds to Steve at Confident, and they made a new set of retainers in an hour and a half! This saved a trip out of town, and about £100. Amazing service.

I have only just started attending this Dentists and I think that that they have a friendly and professional approach. I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. They are also very gentle and considerate of the patient.

I recently visited for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The dentist's was also amazing, she took the time to go over my X-rays, explained my oral health in detail, and gave me helpful tips for maintaining better dental hygiene. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the personalised care and attention to detail. The dental hygienist, was fantastic—she explained everything she was doing during the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The office itself is modern and spotless, and I felt confident in the quality of care I was receiving. Highly recommend!

I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

Emergency Dental Appointment Faversham smiles. I would just like to share what amazing kindness, consideration to my needs and overall exceptional service from staff I received whilst away in Kent. The lovely calm, reassuring Dentist, Dr Balsam to the very kind dental nurse Jessica on reception who reassured and explained everything I needed to know regarding my visit! Great communication, compassion and kindness was shown throughout my appointment. Keep up the great work it made my worrying, emergency dental visit a very positive experience .

I have always been a very nervous patient at the Dentist and very rarely went but since I have found Confident Surgeries, I can honestly say, I’m not nearly as anxious! Both Niru and Sarah are very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone!

Honestly couldn't be more grateful for the service received. I am so nervous when it comes to dentistry but I straight away felt at ease. The appointment went very quick and I was given a treatment plan straight away that was best for me & booked in to start the following week. They genuinely go with the right option for you instead of trying to give something that isn't needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you again.

Always been nervous of dentist and had been going to welling to the same dentist for over 30 years. Since moving locally had some bad experiences until I met ConfiDENT. Not only have they sorted my teeth out, they provided me with fantastic whitening products and also helped my young daughter in an emergency chipped tooth for free. I couldn’t recommend this enough.

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

I have been attending this dental practice for over a year now and it’s only been the last 6 months I have been confident enough to start work on my smile, and teeth due to first I needed a root canal. All I can say is I was so scared, but my Dentist “DR MOONIS” was incredible, I have build up a close bond as he has been so understanding and caring of my worries but I didn’t feel a thing, a root canal is performed in 2 stages and the second stage he said I won’t need a numbing injection as I won’t feel it and he was completely correct. Now after that is done we are now move on to correction of my smile, and the best part is he talks you through each stage in great detail and doesn’t just do the work and leave you for a next check up, he cares truly for his work and clients and I’m truly grateful he is my dentist as the work he has done is amazing, once my teeth are finished I will up load a before and after. He has his work cut out with my teeth. :)

After having moved from London to Kent I hadn't been able to register as an NHS patient with any local Dentists. However, after contacting Dentaline I found that 'My Dentist' in Faversham were taking new NHS patients. I called to book an appointment and spoke with their receptionist who was extremely helpful. I was seen within a fortnight by Onur Halil who proved to be excellent! He performed his initial examination, was easy to talk to, and provided answers to all of my questions. He gave me options for the way forward, and I have therefore booked my next appointment.

I experience serious dental anxiety after a bad experience many years ago. I was a bit of a wreck going in but the dentist Onur was understanding, and gentle, making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort, filling was done very quickly and it went well, I’m just sorry he had to cope with me being so nervous as I needn’t have been so worried!

The staff at reception are always very helpful and pleasant. I've had many appointments cancelled and rebooked due to staff changes (dentists/hygienists). It's difficult to build a rapport with so many changes. I have been with My Dentist for more than 10 years I'm an NHS patient and have always been treated well.

I called Lupin's, a few weeks ago for trouble with a suspecting wisdom tooth. I had tried to make contact with my own dentist but unfortunately they had no appointments nor the time to speak to me about my worries. I called Lupin's after speaking to a few dentists in Faversham who again had little time or compassion as I was quite nervous. I called Lupin's and spoke to Lisa, she went above and beyond for me, as a new patient she took the time to listen to my worries and explained to me what was happening with my tooth, she booked me in for the following day to see a dentist and noted down my worries, Could not have asked for a kinder lady to speak to, especially when my own dentist's staff had been rather rude, Thank you Lisa and Lupin's for the exceptional service.
