What a fantastic service. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in fixing a malfunctioning cistern. They physically fixed the problem over the counter and were so patient with me. Highly recommended. Thank you.
WOW!. What a service, what a company. Ordered 2 huge Kartell double radiators, price was very good, delivery exactly when they promised to suit me, 2 man delivery team, as they are very heavy :-) Slight damage to the end panel on one radiator, which was rectified and replacement sent next day and received from Kartell directly - so all joined up! This is customer service at its finest and what all companies should be striving towards, thank you. I will be back.
The lads in here helped me out with my toilet flush mechanism. Brilliant help when others could help with a discontinued part and source a replacement. Brilliant
