I had an issue with my thermostat that escalated into a major boiler problem, likely caused by the incompetence of previous plumbers. Thankfully, I contacted Tim, who promptly took over from the old plumbing company. He quickly analyzed the issue and identified the root cause of the problem. Tim also assisted me in obtaining a replacement for my boiler under warranty. If you want to avoid my same mistakes, I highly recommend seeking the expertise of true professionals like Tim.

We were really impressed by the professionalism of Tim's engineers. They worked really hard, staying late when needed, and they kept things tidy; they were nice to have around, because they communicated clearly and considerately in a timely fashion, with a smile and, where appropriate, a laugh; and, so far as I’m qualified to judge, they have done an excellent, tidy job. TDPM installed a mega flow, relocated a boiler, and installed all pipe work throughout the house to new bathrooms. They took great care in identifying and removing redundant pipe work dating back to the 60’s. They were excellent at project managing the implementation, and the on site team were fantastic. Although the house was like a building site, they worked really hard to get us back up and running and were a pleasure to have around. Highly highly recommend.

Tim and his team have always been brilliant. They have carried out numerous gas boiler safety inspections, checked our gas fire and helped to get it working again, and we would 100% recommend them.
