I am a first time buyer and had a survey done on the house I am hoping to buy which required me to get someone to look at the electrics. Lewis at Coopson Technologies could not have been more friendly and helpful. I was booked in within the week to have an electrical EICR report. I was talked through everything on the report. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble. As a first time buyer I was nervous and asked a lot of questions! Outstanding service! Its alway tricky to find a professional and reliable contractor. We were very fortunate to discover coopson technologies. We required a full 'Electrical Installation Condition Report' for a property purchase and chose coopson, after speaking with 3 contractors in the area, as we were so impressed with how helpful Lewis was when speaking on the phone. He was able to accommodate the day we needed and his communication was excellent throughout. The test was carried out and the report followed promptly. I asked to speak with Lewis over the phone to go over a couple of highlighted areas and, again, he was very helpful. A couple of minor issues required further works which he was happy to discuss and book in at a time that suited us after completion of the purchase. 5* service and will definitely be using Coopson for future works!
