Always friendly and helpful
First time I’ve been there as working locally. Excellent service. Even though being a numpty I walked straight past the shop doors! 🤦♂️. Real old school plumbers merchants. Definitely go back. It’s so refreshing to go into a store where you can tell they actually want to help and serve you.
This is one of the best shops around, very friendly and helpful even to non professional plumbers such as me. Always willing to help, no matter how busy they are. It's a shame shops like this are disappearing fast. Well done Butlers!
