Well, RMG, Dominic is a brilliant experience person. Dominic communication was spot on, since the first whatsapp message at 9 am, he told me 12pm he will be at my address. He was there, very punctual. Other company told me to buy a new garage door. With Dominic magic hand, the garage door opens in a minute. Save me lots of pounds. After locking myself in the garage on a Saturday afternoon with my iPhone and YouTube for 3 and a half hours to put in new cones and cables, I realised I had bitten off more than I could chew. Nice young specialist called Dominic came this morning and voila! the garage door works once more. Apparently he had seen worse and fortunately I stopped when I realised that it wasn’t going as planned so not too much to rectify. Arrived spot on time and price was as per initial quote.
