They did a fantastic job on my old xr3i convertible.Took great care of it.i cannot reccomend Wayne Wright enough.He arranged the work for me and kept me informed with the whole process.He even took a lot of photo,s for my personal records.I highly reccomend the company. I would also like to say how friendly the staff are there.

We recently had our BMW 330 clubsport repaired by Finesse after it was hit by a van. We were impressed from the start, our main contact was Stuart and he was incredibly helpful and dealt with the insurance company on our behalf (I’ve been driving for over 20 years and have never been in an accident before so I was grateful for that!) He kept us updated throughout the process and they got it fixed in the exact timescale they said it would be. All the staff we spoke to or came in contact with were incredibly helpful, polite and professional. The repair itself, we are blown away! I’ve owned the car for 20 years (it’s 21 years old) and it didn’t look this good when it came off the main dealer forecourt. The colour match is perfect and you can’t tell there was any damage there to begin with. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Finesse to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. All communication with the other driver's insurance company was done by Finesse. We were kept fully informed of the status of the repair after they came out to assess the damage, this was offered immediately when we explained it would be difficult to get to Dorking, they also collected the car once they had the parts. The repair tracking system was straightforward and easy to use and repair was finished quicker than advised. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely recommend you use them.
