What a place! I’m new to the area and I knew my car needed a service and a coolant leak looking at. I was booked in for a Wednesday, and then I couldn’t make that due to travel arrangements. One short phone call, I was able to move my booking to an earlier date without hassle. I dropped my car off at 8am Monday morning, and the full service was complete as well as coolant leak fixed by Tuesday evening!! Incredible customer service, with email updates (which were great as meant I didn’t need to keep chasing missed calls like other garages do). A very honest and to the point garage. They have also sorted my noisy windscreen wipers… result! And very reasonably priced too!! I will now be using Charterhouse garage for all my car needs :)

Just want to share my experiences here with all the team at Charterhouse Garage. They have been looking after my vehicles for over 20 years and I can honestly say that in all that time, I have never once had an issue in any respect. They are honest, diligent, considerate and go the absolute extra mile to ensure they give you the best service - whilst always being mindful of cost. I have recommended many people to them over the years and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. There should be a 10* option as far as I and my family are concerned!!

I’ve been using Charterhouse since we moved to the area. Every experience with them has been excellent and prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t let anyone else look after my car now. Here’s an example of how helpful they are: it’s 3.00pm on a Friday and my car won’t start, the battery has gone over Christmas. I’m back in at work on Monday. I phone Charterhouse who sourced a battery, came to collect the car (N.B. I’m very local) and then replaced it. By 4.30pm I had the car back on my drive, ready to go for Monday. And that piece of mind is invaluable. Thanks as always Charterhouse Garage!

Had an MOT and a Service on my car with these guys - they were fantastic. Really friendly and professional, the works were reasonably priced, and they even went above and beyond collecting me from my house to retrieve my car as I had no other means. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, and will definitely be using them again.
