Highly recommend! First time I went was for a service but I’d had trouble with the brake pedal sticking so asked them to check it. Turned out a spring (I think) was trapped - they took the pedal apart and fixed it but only charged me for the service. Second time I had a warning light for coolant come on. Checked it a few days later and the tank looked empty so took it in to have the coolant changed. Rang me an hour later to tell me it didn’t actually need doing and didn’t charge me a penny for checking it out - they could’ve just done it and I’d of been none the wiser. My partner also had a warning light for her brake pads so took it in - checked it and said that the pads had another 4 months on and MOT was due in 3 so bring it in then and they’ll sort it. These guys are friendly, honest and their prices are very reasonable - what more could you want?!

I cannot recommend this garage enough. Twice now I have called them, they've fitted me in on the day and sorted my problem. First time a tray was hanging loose under my car and the second time I needed a bulb replaced. They are friendly, tell you costs up front and get the job done quickly- best garage in Woking.

Excellent honest staff. I booked my car in for an interim service and to locate a rattle underneath the car. They rang me a short while later and told me that a service wasn’t needed as my mileage was so low since the last one. I would have been none the wiser if they had done the service anyway. They fixed the rattle too and it feels like I’m driving a different car. This is the third time I have used this garage and I shall continue to do so. The staff are very pleasant and friendly too and nothing seems too much for them. UPDATE 17.5.23. I took my car in for them to locate a loud squeaking noise coming from the rear off side wheel. Customer care given by Owen was excellent, and he did everything he could to locate the mysterious loud squeaking. It was not possible to find out exactly what it was, but Owen still greased up various parts around the wheel and suspension free of charge and now the squeaking has almost disappeared. Thank you Owen for all you’ve done. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. 👍😁

Very helpful from the start. I was quoted an outrageous price for a service at a big named garage. I contacted Arthur's Bridge via email and they replied instantly and booked me in very quickly. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them. Thank you for your great service
