Had my GLS's service and gearbox service done here. These guys are very professional and very reasonably priced. They used 100% genuine Mercedes parts. The guy at reception showed me their main room where all the genuine Mercedes Benz parts and oil are stored. Highly recommended.

What amazing service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried several so called independents and they seemed scared of the repair I needed. DDR made the whole process easy. My GLC had to be towed to them which was stressful. They couldn't have been more helpful They discussed the problem and advised . I own classic cars so know a small amount about the issue I had I know what they were telling me was correct no waffle. Good honest garage that treated me with respect. Communication was good and price was excellent considering the major problem I had with my car. I have got it back now and I can enjoy my car without the worry of the issue repeating. The range of cars they deal with there are of all ages so definitely an enthusiasts garage. Some really new models to classic I will revist for maintances in the future and thoroughly recommend. I needed a smashed wing mirror casing urgently ahead of a trip across Europe in three days. Took it in to see Dan this morning who confirmed we need a new casing. Six hours later and replacement casing has been ordered, delivered and fitted. Two days before MB dealer would even slot me in for an inspection. Genuine "can do" attitude, very helpful. Its a shame my car with two free services as I would love the opportunity to give them more business!!

This was the second time I have had my car worked on with these guys, after moving to Surrey a year ago. Very professional, polite and most importantly honest, which can unfortunately be a rarity these days. If you have a Mercedes and live within a reasonable distance, then look no further, Dan is your guy!

Fantastic service from these guys , been taking my AMG’s here for 3 years now , Steve and the mechanics are extremely professional and knowledgeable, really well priced too, can’t praise them enough .
