Battery died in Asda's car park just as Tyretech was beginning to shut. The operative checked to see if they had a suitable battery in stock. They didn't, but the operative (sorry didn't get his name) offered to collect a battery from their supplier. He fitted the battery, in the rain, and helped start the car with my broken key. Well beyond what I expected. This store deserves repeat custom. THANKS

Super service yet again from the team at Tyre Tech. Stop/start battery decided to die around lunchtime today (Friday). Managed to get the car to them. The team checked the battery, found it was faulty, they ordered a new one in, fitted it, and I was back on my way by around 3.30pm. Well done, and thank you.
