Had issues with my fuel tank over the last week not being able to get fuel into my car, I turned up unannounced and Carlo and his team were amazing, between us we discussed problems we thought it could be and ended up changing fuel tank and filler neck, after further issues the team managed to get my car back on the road ASAP! The knowledge, experience and customer service here is 10/10 and I would not take a Mercedes anywhere else! Highly highly recommend.

I must have driven past SS Motors many times when visiting Screwfix and Halfords etc. but finally when I checked it out I was really welcomed as a new customer and found their customer service at reception to be very friendly and efficient. The workshop tour I was offered was great as I could see all the work in progress and it felt very reassuring. I previously thought they might only specialise in classic Mercedes cars but that is certainly not all they do and I saw Carlo, the owner, and his team working on a wide range of newer Mercedes and other manufacturers cars. The work I had done to my 10+yr old A-class was professional and excellent and I am really happy to recommend this family owner-operated business.

Excellent service, honest, will only do what is needed, I put my Mercedes in for a gearbox oil change, they told me there was nothing wrong with my oil and put it back. They could have charged me for new oil.

Carlo and his team are the great. Patrick, Michelle and Kat are wonderful. They are the best Specialist Mercedes garage I have ever been to. They diagnosed the problem with my S Class and fixed the issue. Very professional. You can see that most of their clients have been with them for a long time. Some classic Mercedes which they were servicing and repairing. Glad they were recommended and I found them. This is the place I can trust my car with.
