By coincidence I had experience of the BMW main dealership and H&L in successive days and the contrast could not be greater. At H&L the very knowledgeable service department front man, Matthew was friendly, open and honest and trustworthy. I was lied to (twice) by BMW and retrieved my car feeling ripped off and deceived by a garage that seemed intent on getting more of my money for new tyres (which were not required!!). I picked my car up just now from H&L feeling that they had done an excellent job at a reasonable price. Very Happy. H&L every time…

I had my vehicle repaired with theses guys for a non fault accident. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. They really do have a great team & setup from bodywork repairs, alloy wheel repairs, servicing & mots. I was dealt by Glen Sponder who is the repair manager. Glen was very polite, very welcoming, very informative, very professional, and when the extra mile to ensure I was happy and everything ran smoothly. The repair on my vehicle was excellent. I can’t recommend the company and guys enough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about doing any work on their vehicle.
