Sad day last Sunday as I said goodbye to my Lotus Elise 111R which Jezz & co looked after magnificently & with great personality to go with it. Here it is having a pre-sale prep in their immaculate workshop.

Sadly BoT is too far out of the way for me to take my car now. But after a second comment from another technical expert about how well my car had been looked after I have to give all the credit to them, without Jeremy and the team it would be a shed.

Refered by a friend. Spoke to Sam who was very knowledgeable and happy to help fit a miltek remote exhaust valve module. Great service they also spotted an oil leak which they looked into which had been missed by dealer 2mins up the Rd last wk!! Car now sounds as it should have from factory from start up and on the go. On one occasion, finding that my car wouldn't start cleanly, the mechanic spent an extensive amount of time cleaning out a component rather than charging me for an expensive replacement - which was much appreciated. Even when we moved away from the area, we always return here with both our cars. The quality of work is always of the highest standard. Ken and the team will take time to consult if there's ever any extra work needed and you know that they'll work hard to find the best solution. I booked my Smart car in here recently, as I wasn't 100% satisfied with another local Smart specialist. All I can say is, so far I'm impressed! A major service, and the car now runs very well, including no glitches which I was experiencing before. The engineer, Sash, went through what they did in detail when I collected it. From booking with Michelle on reception, to collection, this was a very good experience. Don't hesitate to pay the deposit and wait a few weeks to be seen, as these guys know what they are doing. Just had a major service on my 453 Smart FourTwo. From the booking system through to collection, I can't quite remember another small independent showing main stream franchises how to do the job properly. SCS did a superb service and more, over and above what was required. I couldn't recommend them higher and will be back next year when service is due. 10/10

We were very pleased and impressed with the swift and friendly service we received at our recent MOT at Bellfields this week. Despite failing the MOT, the whole process was handled so efficiently and with great customer service and was a good experience. Ian, our technician, showed us exactly what the problem was in the shop (and how dangerous a worn wheel bearing was - we were lucky not to have had an accident on a recent trip to Dorset) and they were swift to fix it in just under 2 days. This enabled me to drive my family into London yesterday for my birthday with confidence that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked and fixed by experts - who even wished me a happy birthday as well at pick up! I will definitely be returning to Bellfields and highly recommend it. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Three days ago I went down to my allotment in Guildford as usual but when the time came to return home, I discovered that my offside rear tyre was flat. I’m in my 80’s and I can’t change a wheel like I used to, so I phoned the AA only to be told that unless you are stranded on a motorway or busy A road, there is no chance of being attended to for at least 2 hours. I rang Bellfields Autos and immediately I had a sympathetic ear from the reception team and within 15 minutes, an extremely helpful and courteous young mechanic had found me, and then proceeded to replace the faulty wheel with the spare so that I could get home. The following day, they informed me that the new tyre had been fitted and the spare could be replaced in the boot. Brilliant service all round! Their prices are very competitive as a bonus! Mr. J.
