Had the first service on my car done on the 2 hour booking slots. Very straightford stress free process, booked in with Graham via email, dropped car in Waitrose car park and left key with them. The car was ready 2 hours later when they said it would be and it was brought round to the front of the garage for me cleaned inside and out which certainly was not expected. Brilliant, will definately be my go to garage again for this cars servicing. Many thanks

Great customer service. Late booking service and MOT and Proven were the 4th Kia garage I tried. Graham was extremely helpful and fitted my car in at short notice with everything turned around quickly on the day.

I recentley bought a car over the phone and also sold mine to Proven Kia. I was most impressed at the ease which this was done as I live in Birmingham full credit to the salesman Jon Slater who handled this transaction. He sorted out having a dash cam fitted also new number plates ready to be able to put my personalised reg on once I receive the V5. He also went through options with regards to the Kia Service plan. Thank you Jon for the ease in which this was done I would certainly travel down again should you have the vehicle i require.
