I recently had a fantastic experience with JF Autos. My wife hadn't realised her MOT had expired over a month ago, so I urgently needed to get it done. I called JF Autos late in the day, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me by rearranging their schedule to fit me in the very next morning. On top of that, I had arranged for a mobile mechanic to handle a tyre change since my usual mechanic doesn’t do tyres, but Jack not only offered to do it on-site but also gave me a better price than the mobile technician. Thanks to him, I was able to get everything done in one place, saving me the hassle of taking another day off work. The service was top-notch, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I obtained a quote from a local garage to replace the lower arms and brake pads on my car but wanted a 2nd opinion and spoke to Jack from JF Autos in Weybridge. Jack explained the quote to me and advised me that it was exceptionally high and gave me some advice without touting for the business himself, because of Jacks honesty and integrity I chose to take my car to Jack who I am happy to say did an amazing job, the car was ready for collection when he said it would be and to top it off he saved me over £700 from my original quote, needless to say I will be using JF Autos for all of my cars mechanical needs but not only my car but my Wifes and Daughters cars also. Jack at JF Automotive is a treasure. My car would not start. He came out, diagnosed the issue (battery needed replacing) and the next day brought a new battery and replaced my old one at a very reasonable cost. I used him last year for my MOT and a few other issues. Again he did the MOT and the other tasks for a reasonable cost. He also advised me that I would need to replace the muffler before my next MOT (I suspected it was on its last legs). I am so happy to have found such an excellent mechanic just 10 minutes from my home.
