Courteous and very professional. Louis assessed dent, chips and cracked paint on door sill and suggested different options, depending on my budget, attitude to the extent of work I wanted done at that time and how long each option would take. Kept me informed as work progressed, also identified a small rust patch inside door frame (from old sub-par repair by previous owner), sent photos and we agreed on a course of action. Louis put in extra hours until the job was completed to his clearly high standards. Very pleased with outcome and would highly recommend.
