We have used BTE since moving to Bordon in 2023. They provide a really great service. I had an issue with my headlight alignment which the garage I bought my car from had not fixed properly. I brought my car to BTE for something else, and the mechanic at BTE spotted the problem and fixed it for free! My headlights have been fine since. They are a great team 😊

following a initial hiccup and my hasty review, the owner made contact and could not be more supportive. In all fairness I did not feedback at the time due to time constraints but anticipate I could have got the same understanding had I done star. Following my concerns on the diagnostic Barry went above and beyond, after investigating fully acknowledged my concerns, offered a full refund of the diagnostic and also offered to personally oversee the diagnostic complimentary. The importance of customer view really showed without any expectation and this speaks volumes to me so I chose to review.
