James, simply put is amazing. I called James a few months ago for a simple fix for one of my tyres after another garage had butchered a repair job. Little did I know that James would be so welcoming, informative and always there to help no matter how busy. I have subsequently taken my Land Rover to him for a number of issues and he has always been able to help. Although he does not advertise as a specialist he knows these vehicles inside out. James and the guys at JR Automotive really know their stuff! I've taken my BMW in several times and it's always a very easy and reliable transaction. For me, honesty and trust are two hugely important factors to consider when choosing a garage, and James captures this perfectly. The pricing is amazing on any job and I'm confident that I'm getting my moneys worth. Not only this, the quality of the work done is very high and beyond what I've experience from other garages. Parts and areas are cleaned just because there's access and it's good practice to do so. All around brilliant experience.

James and his team were great, booked in an appointment 3 days in advance, and they replaced my gearbox and clutch for a great price. The car is running perfectly. Highly recommend them and will be using them again.
