I think ETS Ripley had an upgrade with their reception staff this year. Very accommodating, flexible with dates, polite and friendly. The team has also done a good job with my annual MOT & servicing. They managed to finish everything, including change of rear tires in under 4 hours. Very impressive! All reasonably priced with full transparency! Thank you guys!

Absolutely brilliant service, had a flat tyre, left it with them to sort out and they rang me to say it was ready but unfortunately I had another flat on the spare and the AA followed me. Knowing that they shut at 5.30,I got there at 5.25 and they sorted out my wheel and kept the spare to do tomorrow. Very impressed with the service.

5* excellent, professional service. Guys who work there are so friendly and chatty, made me feel very comfortable. Had a new tyre and replaced a broken coil spring, service was super quick and efficient. Rung me to tell me the price and a text when the job was done and my car was ready to pick up. Would highly recommend the lovely people at Ripley!

Got an appointment straight away and the service was excellent lm new to the area so went by the reviews which were spot on ! Needed four new tyres fitted balanced and tracking, including vat £320 and done within 45 minutes and was shown the state of the old tyres!!! My go to place now!!!

The staff were very welcoming and polite. They were quick carrying out my service and MOT and made recommendations regarding my brakes for the future. Very reasonably priced compared to the dealership where I normally go to. Highly recommend and will be going back.
