Words really can't explain how fantastic the service from Kayleigh was throughout the process in both the preparations for, and the day of, our wedding. Kayleigh has an amazing ability to make you feel like the only couple she is working for through the whole experience. She is fantastic at listening to the "vision", sharing ideas and advice, and executing to perfection. Her responsiveness, above all else, was so helpful and reassuring when handling lots of suppliers - it really does make the difference. My only regret is that I don't have another event to use her for! If i could give 6 stars I would.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Kayleigh is just wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with her on our wedding journey. She is warm, friendly and really helpful. The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision. We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout. The Night Yard was great choice for our wedding!!! The venue and staff were both excellent and accommodating. The venue has everything you need in it and makes it more intimate as everything is in one place but gives you room to move around. The staff, especially Kerry was excellent and gave us all the support we needed and more. I have left more of my views below – if you are considering getting married you should have a look. The wedding was of course great, but let me tell you about: THE VENUE Glasshouse - Really nice venue which matched everything we hoped for. It has a big glasshouse which is where our ceremony and wedding breakfast was held, it is large enough to cater for everyone and still have space for a DJ. Courtyard - It has a nice outside garden / courtyard where ceremonies can take place too, this is a big open space that latches on to the main glasshouse which means all your guests are in the same area (which means no wandering off guests). The kids loved the courtyard and played outside for lots of the time. The staff even put out games to entertain them (and adults too). Parking - lots of parking and you can leave your car overnight. Lockers – They also provide you with access to big lockers to store things in a couple days before which does help – we didn’t need to but it is useful to have. THE STAFF This was the other main reason we chose The Night Yard. On our first viewing of the venue Kerry was great and you can tell really loved her job, she explained everything and walked us around the venue and left no doubt in our mind that the staff really love to help. After we paid a deposit we harassed Kerry quite a lot and she was always happy to help, we went back to venue 2 or 3 times and she was very accommodating and supportive and gave lots of good advice. Honestly Kerry was great and she made everything so much easier. We would message or call her for queries regarding table clothes, and table layouts etc and she didn’t mind at all. The other staff were great too, Pip in particular who handled the drinks package was really nice and helped too. Unfortunately, Kerry wasn’t there to facilitate on the wedding day but we had Pip who performed well and made sure everything ran smoothly. All the other staff we came across were great too. They’re very accommodating, you can even bring pets. No problems at all with the staff. And Kerry went above and beyond. PACKAGES Food / Catering – our catering was actually really good and the food was really nice, but only bad side for me was the lack of choice for the caterers. The Night Yard have a selection from a few caterers to use which fits into your package but for us some wasn’t available on the day and we had a choice between only 2. It did work out well but I think they should have a larger choice (but then I suppose its what makes them good because they know their suppliers etc). External Caterers – you can bring your own external caterers in, but they will charge £500 to do this, however that option isn’t that bad if you have your own preferences as most caterers are very expensive (ours was!). OVERALL I 100% am happy with the venue and the service, the wedding was great and I had no issues or problems at all.

I can’t really find the words to describe how amazing our day was…but I’ll give it a good go! Pip and Kerry went above and beyond for us. It’s the most beautiful venue and all of our guests were stunned at how picturesque and perfect it all looked. It really is a hidden gem of a venue, made even better by the staff. Being able to use the beautiful, surrounding orchards for our couple shots has given us perfect photos that we will cherish forever. The range of caterers who we could choose from was amazing, and they did anything we wanted - we went for a Mexican themed meal! We made the day personal to us by decorating the tables ourselves and adding little touches throughout the day which made it even more special. We were able to bring in whichever suppliers we wanted, and we definitely made use of that! We also took advantage of The Night Yards prop hire which was so handy. If you’ve been lucky enough to find The Night Yard in your search for a wedding venue, don’t hesitate to book it - you really will have the most wonderful, surreal experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always at the end of the phone for advice, had amazing ideas and was so patient with the various Gov. restrictions and date changes for our wedding. She made sure it was the happiest day of our lives and was exceptional throughout. This is the third time we have used Evoke Events for parties at our home and I would never turn to anyone else! Evoke helped me organise the disco, photo booth some drapes and extra lights for the venue. Emma got everything perfectly timed so each part was installed at a set time on the day so it was minimally disruptive to the wedding party, the draps add that extra special touch to the room, the mirror photo booth was a major and DJ was spot on. All in all Evoke events added those finishing touches to what was a memorable special occasion. Highly recommended and when my other daughter gets married I will use Evoke events again. Thanks Emma💕

Jane and Keith provided considerable support at the wedding of our daughter on 16 July 2022. As it was a three-day event at our house with 210 guests, there was a great deal to do. We did not employ a wedding planner and so Jane and Keith had to co-ordinate the various providers over the three days. This involved the caterers, catering implement suppliers, the suppliers of the extensive lighting for the grounds, security, photographer, band, DJ, portaloos, pre-arranged transport at the end of the evening, event timings and so on. It was a big job and they worked tirelessly, understood what was involved and were calm and energetic. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and indeed would certainly look to employ their services again.

Becky was fantastic from start to finish! She was helpful in advising what styling would look good for my venue (which I really appreciated!), and she was friendly and professional throughout. I really felt in safe hands. Knowing Becky was coming to decorate the venue so beautifully (and take everything away again at the end of the night) took such a huge chunk of stress away from me and I can't recommend her highly enough! We had Your Beautiful Day decorate our wedding venue for our big day in September and we are incredibly happy that we did! Becky and Hannah worked with us to create the perfect set up for it all. Our theme was not a typical one (oscars theme) at all and some suppliers we told about our theme turned their noses up at it but Becky certainly didn't, she did whatever she could to make it something big! Our end result was so worth the wait, we LOVED it! The centrepieces were so awesome and just what we wanted, gold table cloths made it amazingly glam and the balloon ceiling decorations just topped it all off! If you're looking for someone to decorate your event and capture the essence that you aren't even sure you want, then Your Beautiful Day are definitely the ones to go to!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. 5 stars doesn't feel enough. Our venue was absolutely transformed by Becky with beautiful flower displays. Becky listened to exactly what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. She even sent us flowers in the post ahead of our wedding so we could use them to decorate our wedding cake. All the flowers were arranged perfectly and we had so many compliments about the decor. Thank you so much!

We originally met Becky at an open day at The Barnyard, she was super friendly and approachable and for us the added bonus was, she loved our dog! We booked an initial consultation with Becky to discuss potential ideas and options and we booked immediately. Becky was so patient and helpful, she took so much time to talk through all of different aspects and helped us come to a decision on all of the decor aspects we would have at our wedding. Becky had lots of photos and videos that she was able to show us examples of different decor aspects and set ups. Becky matched the colours of the faux flowers to my bridal bouquet which was so appreciated. Becky was wonderful with communication and was always on hand for any questions and had no problem changing a couple of things in the lead up to the wedding. Everything look absolutely stunning on the day and we are thrilled we had Your Beautiful day as our Venue Stylist. We highly recommend Becky, she's fabulous!!
