Attended yesterday as an urgent via 111. I admit, my teeth are a mess. From the off i was treated as one of the regular patients, polite and informative staff throughout and then having to deal with a difficult extraction which was painless. If i was able to financially i would without a doubt be registering with this practice.

Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I've had 3 teeth out this morning and I cannot speak highly enough about my dentist Gregor and nurse Lynsey. They made me feel at ease and kept me calm during the extractions. Thank you so much, you are both amazing.

Saw Dr Michala for my check up today and couldn't be happier with the treatment I received beginning to end of my appointment. She has an extremely informative and caring way. Friendly and communicative reception team who answered all of my enquiries quickly. Relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter the building. I will definitely return and would recommend this practice to anyone.

What an absolute treat! I could not be more impressed nor grateful about my appointment today. I have been anxious about visiting the dentist for years and years and everyone I spoke to was incredibly reassuring and brilliant at their job. Huge thanks to Dr Ledina and Nurse Luke who are EXCEPTIONAL: they put me at ease and worked brilliantly. I’m so pleased. Thanks also to the reception staff for my initial call and today. Could not be more impressed and genuinely changed my whole feeling about the dentist, thank you so much.
