Wedding planning has been really stressful for us, so we are really glad to have Kelly helping us with venue selections and recommendations. She espond really quickly, is organised, and the venue options she shared were all aligned to the criteria we told her, and even helped me negotiate customised deals and discounts with select venues. It has been a pleasure working with Kelly, and although we ended up choosing another venue instead, we really appreciate Kelly and her wealth of knowledge and network as it has made the process much easier. Easy weddings UK is incredible! They provided me with a list of amazing wedding venues within my budget along with the prices and wedding packages the venues offer. On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!

Wow! Absolutely beautiful balloon display from PR party decorations. I found a design I liked on Pinterest and shared it with them and they replicated it perfectly- even adding details I hadn’t even noticed such as the flowers. They were able to provide a choice of colours for the shiny back drop too. A very happy little birthday girl and lots of compliments from parents. Very efficient set up and take down as well. This review is a long time coming and I apologise for not getting to writing this review earlier as I should have!! My husband and I got married in November 2024, and we used Avari events for our sangeet night decor. Where to even begin with all the amazing support and help that I have received from them?! In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Rakesh, who on countless occasions would be prompts at responding to my queries or providing me with useful suggestions when I was explaining my vision to him whether that was via phone calls or emails. He was always kind enough to listen to my thoughts and share his own ideas to help me reach a better resolution. Of all the suppliers we had during our wedding period (although they were all great in their own right) it’s safe to say that Rakesh helped me feel the most confident and supported. I’m so grateful for their service and if there is ever an occasion in which I require decor support then I know exactly who I will be going for! Working with avari events was such a great experience for us planning our wedding reception party. They made the whole evening perfect! We had regular meetings with Upesh who was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us exactly what we needed for our big day! The tips and advice he gave us really helped us to choose our designs and details for the event! He went above and beyond on the day to ensure the whole event ran smoothly and dealt with all venue issues himself to ensure we were not distracted from the big day! Everything we asked for was delivered, they really are an all in one package, lighting, AV, decor, magic mirror, dance floor, smoke machines, pyros, bar you name it they can provide it! Made our planning so much easier to only have to speak with one supplier and get basically the whole event sorted! Anything you need avari events will have it and deliver more than expected! When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. She was an exceptional collaborator in how she worked with us to bring together a beautiful multicultural experience that spoke to our families’ traditions. Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Camilla has now become a friend, I admire her work greatly. Do not hesitate to book her services.

Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

Tash from Sandeman Events was the event planner for our wedding which was originally due to take place in July 2020. Even before Covid arrived the process of planning a wedding with Tash was so easy. I don't feel like I was always particularly articulate in describing what I wanted for the day but Tash's has such an intuitive approach which made it feel like she read my mind with everything that was delivered. All of the suppliers she works with are just extraordinary and she was so careful to work within our budget. I had the added experience of working with Tash through three subsequent postponements of our wedding day due to Covid. From July 2020, to September 2020 to May 2021 and finally to July 2021. There is absolutely no way we would have managed through all those postponements without Tash. Due to the strong relationships she has with her suppliers we were able to move the wedding at no additional cost and lost no deposits. When we finally got to it the day was so beyond what we had imagined and there was just no stress at all for us as Tash and her team take care of everything in the lead up, on the day and afterwards. I only wish I could get married again just so I can plan another wedding with Sandeman Events!!

Tash is the best wedding planner ever. From the moment we spoke back in 2021, we knew she was the one to snap up, with her calming aura and can-do attitude. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she completely understood our vision and made our dreams come to life. No detail was missing and the attention to detail on the day was second to none. During the planning process, she kept us updated at all times, and if there was ever a problem, she'd inform us with her calming approach and always have a solution. She planned, created and executed the most incredible wedding day for us - she removed all stress from the process, meaning we could properly enjoy the build up and the day itself. Sarika and her team did an AMAZING job with my wedding. The communication was great the entire time, and Sarika was able to help with vision and expectations and helped to take some of the stress away from wedding planning. The venue looked so beautiful on the day and I loved all the small aspects of the decor that were added in to make it look exceptional. The team were timely and able to get everything set up beautifully before guests started to arrive. I wish I had more photos to show but these are just a few of the pieces to show how beautifully everything went together. I can’t recommend Sarika and the Elegance Events highly enough, they really made my wedding look so much more beautiful than I could’ve imagined.

We are so glad we chose The Elegance Events for our wedding reception. Kanika was so easy to communicate with and she understood the vision immediately. She was able to work with the exact colours required for real flowers. The value for money was the best we could find from all the companies we researched. Kanika supplied me with some fabulous Christmas decorations (for the house) over the festive period. The service was seamless from beginning to end. Kanika took time to understand and discuss the brief, her team came in (within a few days) and made it all come to life beautifully. I will highly recommend this company, so we had our wedding in a September 2021, the wedding planner Bianca was very professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, she explained how things will work out on the day and was punctual on the rehearsal and wedding day, coming in extra early. Not only are you getting a wedding planner you are getting someone that is very hands on, basically the lovely wedding planner Bianca was also helping our daughter to take out her hair due to a friend that was suppose to do the hair running late. I believe this shows the extra mile she will go to make your the wedding event goes accordingly. Bianca was recommended as the ‘go to girl’ to organise my daughter’s 21st birthday and I couldn’t be happier. Initially I was quite worried as it was a small gathering but Bianca gave as much effort and dedication as if were a large event. As you can imagine, 21-year-olds are quite hard to please but Bianca and her team went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s day went without a hitch, giving thoughtful details that I would never have considered.
