In the run up to our shoot Melinda had the entire team up to speed in the knowlage of what was expected from each person with a wonderful shedule that allowed plenty time and for each persons personal creative time, she really is a shedule magician,
On a shoot or event day Melinda has an energy of calm organisation, and really is the loveliest person, she knows every detail of how things should run and that makes for a well working team,
