Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. Dominique was absolutely amazing from the start, easy to communicate with. I give her our theme and she ran with it. The most magical jungle party ever. Attention to detail was just brilliant. Everyone was talking about it, my son had the best day ever, and we took the most beautiful photos due to all the back drops and decor. Dominique also kindly provided the entertainment who were absolutely fantastic! Will definitely book with sweet vintage again!

Wish I could give more stars. I was one of many who was struck by bad luck after bad luck for my wedding due to COVID. I lost my venue, had to constantly have a series of back up plans, work remote with vendors, etc. The second I got into contact with Dominque, I feel my blood pressure and stress just lowered. I made a few contacts for our Church Family Day and got in touch with Dominique. Her professionalism, calm voice and listening skills was amazing. She went on to provide the most appropriate and beautiful party bags that went down really well for our Fun Day. They kids loved the items in the bags. Dominique did the decor and styling for my son's first birthday party. From the very beginning she was easy to talk to, discuss ideas with and just a wonderful person who understood my very specific vision for my son's first birthday. She took care of everything and it all turned out so beautifully. I received many compliments on the decor. She also arranged the soft play which I requested, the cake and party bags. I would highly recommend her for event planning, especially for mums planning birthday parties. She was absolutely amazing. I would definitely book her again in future.

Tash is the best wedding planner ever. From the moment we spoke back in 2021, we knew she was the one to snap up, with her calming aura and can-do attitude. When we told any of our friends and family that we were getting married, they would tell us that the day itself would be one of the best days of our lives, but that the months of work to plan it would be some of the hardest! Our wedding planning experience was nothing of the sort. At no point did we feel stressed or overwhelmed - the whole thing was super enjoyable and many parts were great fun. This experience was almost entirely down to Annie. I cannot imagine how we would have coped without her, but more importantly I think that the whole experience would have been much less enjoyable and we would not have ended up with the wedding of our dreams. Annie let us go about things exactly how we needed to - she pushed and chased us when we needed to get things done, but always in a really friendly and amenable way - she was so communicative and it often felt like chatting things through with a good friend rather than anything like the formal 'wedding planner' experience I might have expected. If you’re anything like us, we had no idea where to start when planning our wedding. During our initial consultation with Annie, we quickly realised how knowledgable, creative & cool, calm & collected she was - exactly the person you want when planning a wedding. To begin with, Annie made an effort to get to know us and reflect that in all of the suggestions she went on to make for our wedding. I’d searched high & low for a venue that suited what we wanted but after chatting with Annie, she sent handfuls of gorgeous venue options that I didn’t even know existed! Annie has the ability to take, as it was in our case, an extremely vague brief from 2 people who had no idea what they were doing, and guide us into planning a wedding that completely fit our personalities to a tee. She is also full of creative ideas and has strong relationships with the best suppliers in London. Annie is also extremely flexible - working around our busy schedules, being patient when we couldn’t make our minds up, whilst getting everything done with plenty of time. We felt completely at ease during the whole process of planning, right up to the day itself. We were able to sit back and enjoy every moment because of how well she took care of everything. We genuinely couldn’t have planned the wedding we had without her, and it was the most amazing, beautiful day - I still can’t quite believe how she does it!

We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative.
