Personal Touch by Name Personal Touch by Nature!!!! On behalf on my Wife and I, I would like to thank Personal Touch for creating the most perfect and spectacular wedding for us, in fact for creating the wedding of our dreams! From the first meeting with the team (some 12months before the wedding) we were left with a sense of purpose and confidence as Eshan inspired us with his words, knowledge and passion to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams....my wife actually said in the car after leaving the office "he really is going to smash this!".... Personally what we really loved was Eshans passion and his ability to understand our vision from the first second of what we wanted, and that is what I think the key to the huge success of the wedding was - once Eshan understood the vision he was free to explore the wedding industries top suppliers, providers of goods and services. We would then be able to choose who & what we would like to go with (or not go with) as Eshan always provided more than one option. My wife actually found a picture online of a wedding set up we loved and so she showed Eshan on the first meeting, his face beemed as he asked where we saw the picture, to which we replied Google. Proud and passionate as ever Eshan informed us that it was one of his set ups from a few weeks before and explained what equipment he had there and how the event was planned and run - straight away it proved the scale of events the Personal Touch carry out - they break the Internet with their events!!!! Personal Touches attention to detail and experience helped us to make many informed decisions that we normally would not have been able to make with such knowledge, as Eshan regularly would explain the pros and cons of set ups - suppliers - costs - ambience and anything else we would not like think about. The music played was out of this world - the organised structure meant we were able to provide a Spotify playlist of tunes we wanted to be on at some point in the night - tunes that family members / guests and that we felt emotionally attached to and that needed to be played. Personal Touch DJ's controlled the event with music - knowing exactly when to keep the vibe upbeat but elegant at the same time, to turing the dance floor into the most popular place to be .....to say we were over moon would be an understatement!! While working with The Personal Touch team, we have not only had a wedding planner - DJ and agony uncle but we also leave having made a life long long friends, something money cannot buy! Personal Touch acted as if the event was their own wedding, everything was from the heart and it was clear to see in the results. Every bump we encountered, Personal Touch also felt....every success we had, Personal Touch celebrated.... it was this heartfelt approach which is unique to any other wedding planner out there. We got in touch with Personal touch to DJ for our event and I am so happy we booked them! From the get go, Eshan was really friendly and listened to us as we spoke about our wedding day and what we wanted. He was enthusiastic and really make us feel like our wedding mattered to him and his team. He took the time to have calls to plan the music and entertainment, and even came for a site visit. We really appreciated his professional guidance and advice. For our wedding, we requested performers, sega dancers, ravine players and lighting equipment - the team went above and beyond and delivered on all aspects. In addition, he took our playlist and made edits to YouTube audios which was really appreciated. On the day, the team were professional and on top of it. The team played our playlist at the right time and at the reception, the music and dj skills was on point - it was all absolutely perfect! Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai was the perfect wedding planner for our big fusion wedding. She had already planned some truly amazing multicultural weddings, and from the first call, she grasped exactly what we wanted. Chenai was fantastic at keeping note of all the little things we mentioned (and then forgot about!) and reflecting them in our big day. She and her team were extremely organised and professional, ensuring that our guests had a great time on the day. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! My (newly wed) wife and I asked Carolina to help with our wedding earlier this year in Bologna. Carolina was nothing short of superb - from start to finish - navigating a wedding in Italy without Carolina would have been problematic to say the least; she was able to help us navigate the red tape, legalities and add her very personal touch to every aspect of our special day. We'd initially planned on marrying in 2021 but choose to defer by a year, Carolina quickly communicated this to all suppliers and within a week, we'd secured our venue/suppliers without any headache - this alone was enough to cement the wise decision in working with Carolina. If you're looking to get married in Italy, do not hesitate to contact Carolina. Carolina is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Italian weddings. Carolina managed every aspect of our wedding other than what we wore; that being said, is also incredibly light-touch too - when we asked for time to think things through she understood and stepped back, conversely when we couldn't decide and asked her to make a decision for us, she was resolute in doing so. I say without hesitation that Carolina was key in helping us create memories that will last forever.

When my partner and I decided to have our dream wedding in Bologna, Italy we begun by trying to find out the type of ceremony we could have as Church of England Christians (Christened but not religious) As Italy is run by the Catholic Church this was harder than we thought. We then tried to find a venue we could be married at, again not so easy, we could only legally marry in Bologna’s beautiful Town-hall or a venue in another town by the Major. After much research we felt we needed some help and guidance. We spoke with five wedding planners in total, Carolina was the last and only choice for us. She explained all the legalities so clearly and had a wonderful range of venues to choose (legal and symbolic) Her percentage fee worked for us and her services were worth every penny. Most importantly, we simply wouldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams without her. Carolina had advised us to visit Bologna before we picked a venue. Stupidly we didn’t and paid a deposit for a beautiful venue we had seen in photos. When on a rainy day in November we finally visited the venue we didn’t feel it was where we had imagined the wedding. On a Saturday morning I messaged Carolina with my concerns and within two hours she had organised for us to visit another venue the following day!! This was incredibly stressful day but Carolina sorted it out efficiently and calmly which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding! Venue of dreams sorted, she then gave us three quotation for catering, this was an easy choice because all the menus sounded delicious. We went with the mid range costing menu, since the wedding the food and venue are the highlights with our guests constantly going on about how the food was so delicious! Carolina works with a spectacular florist, again good value and most importantly we were delighted with the flower arrangements especially my bouquet. Like the catering we were given three quotations for the photographer. All similar prices so it was a case of picking our favourite style. Really happy with the outcome, they captured the day beautifully. A couple of months before the wedding we decided to get a videographer and again Carolina sorted this our immaculately. We had some special requests: Parmesan wheel, craft beers, extra material to decorate marquee, lighting, dance floor and an opera singer that Carolina arranged wonderfully. On the day Carolina was there to orchestrate all the moving parts which meant my husband and I could enjoy the day without any worries. The only glitch we had was the very lengthy speeches (not in Carolina's control) which could of ruined the food but somehow this was completely unaffected by her amazing organisational skills. Only negative which is also a positive we wished the wedding could have been longer as everyone was having such a fabulous time. Best wedding EVER and we couldn’t have done it with Carolina, she is a super star wedding planner!!!

The best choice we made for this wedding preparation was choosing Carolina Piazzi's "A Taste Of Beauty" to plan our wedding. The take home message is that your wedding will be planned to perfection if you choose Carolina to help you. Trust us when we say this choice will pay for itself a hundred-fold. It is the right choice; the only choice. We picked Carolina on the back of excellent online reviews to help us plan a wedding in Italy. She consulted us, understanding our preferences, our dislikes, our culture, and our budget. She took a lot into account, and did so extremely professionally. We narrowed down venues based on taste and on advice from Carolina, then visited Italy to view the shortlist, coming out with a winner. Everything was very easy. The process of planning our initial wedding in Italy was well over half a year and never felt rushed. COVID then changed everything, and we quickly had to plan a wedding in our home country UK within the space of 6 weeks. Carolina was able to do 2 things simultaneously: defend us and get the majority of our money back from vendors abroad when it was appropriate to do so, and then help us organise vendors here in the UK - in 6 WEEKS. I will never on paper fully explain the technical difficulties and obstacles she faced, but suffice it so say that we would have had a very, very mediocre wedding without her. With her, we had a slice of Italy in the UK. Her taste is impeccable and her ability to deal with vendors and keep to time is fantastic. Choose 'A Taste Of Beauty' and work with Carolina.
