Wedding planning has been really stressful for us, so we are really glad to have Kelly helping us with venue selections and recommendations. She espond really quickly, is organised, and the venue options she shared were all aligned to the criteria we told her, and even helped me negotiate customised deals and discounts with select venues. A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. As soon as I saw emails going through to our vendors one by one, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could focus on looking forward to my big day. And then the day came! I had wanted no stress on the day for me or my close ones, and whilst a bit of this was inevitable, Zeleka really left me largely worry free. She came with a fantastic team (also looking fabulous might I add!) and I didn't even know what was going on in the background for the course of the day- they were that smooth! Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. The day itself couldn’t have gone as well without Zeleka, Sophia and Grace. They were professional, treated our guests with care and made sure that everyone was informed about what was going on. I’m a Project Manager in my day to day and so I truly didn’t think I would be able to fully relax on the wedding day but I was definitely able to and had the most perfect day. From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. The wedding day was a success and completely stress free for us as the Bride and Groom. Zeleka handled everything and we could truly enjoy our special day. Words can’t express how grateful we are to Zeleka for all her hard work in making the day so great! Our guests have all commented on how amazing and efficient the co-ordination team were. They were on hand to help all guests, and in particular saved the day when a guest lost an earring back. It’s details like this that my guests will remember! They not only did a spectacular job but they also look the part too! Best decision I ever made was hiring Zeleka and her team! Will 100% recommend as a necessity to all wedding couples!

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Do yourself a favour if you are planning a wedding, hire Rebecca!

It has been nothing but AMAZING to work with Vanessa and Dom! Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. Bianca was recommended as the ‘go to girl’ to organise my daughter’s 21st birthday and I couldn’t be happier. Initially I was quite worried as it was a small gathering but Bianca gave as much effort and dedication as if were a large event. I will highly recommend this company, so we had our wedding in a September 2021, the wedding planner Bianca was very professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, she explained how things will work out on the day and was punctual on the rehearsal and wedding day, coming in extra early. Not only are you getting a wedding planner you are getting someone that is very hands on, basically the lovely wedding planner Bianca was also helping our daughter to take out her hair due to a friend that was suppose to do the hair running late.
